Practice Manager/ CFO
I am a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, but currently reside in Delhi, Louisiana with my husband, our children, and our fur babies!! I attended Louisiana State University School of Nursing and have been in the medical and dental field for more than 27 years. I made the move to North Louisiana 10 years ago where I have continued my career in the dental field with Dr. Grant S. Glover in Monroe, Louisiana. I absolutely love what I do, being able to provide the upmost care for my patients.
When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my husband and our 5 children and our 1 grandchild. Absolutely LOVE LSU Football and attending games back home in Death Valley, traveling- snow skiing is my top vacation spot, shopping and binge watching my favorite shows.

Hi!! I am Raylene!!! I am originally from Delhi, Louisiana but now I currently am a resident of West Monroe, Louisiana. I have been working in the healthcare industry for over 8 years. I am proud to now be on of the first faces you see when you come to Renaissance Dental Studio where I can answer all of your dental questions regarding insurance!
Outside of work life, I stay busy and joyful. I am a proud mother of 4 beautiful children and a grandmother to my very first grandchild!! In my free time I enjoy taking road trips, getting lost in a good book and most of all spending quality time with my family..

Front Desk Receptionist
As the welcoming face of Renaissance Dental Studio, I am proud to serve as the front desk dental receptionist here. With over 10 years of experience in healthcare and dentistry, I am passionate about creating a welcoming and positive environment for every patient who walks through our doors. Whether I am helping you schedule an appointment, answering questions, or just sharing a smile, I am here to make sure your visit goes as smooth as possible.
When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my 2 amazing kids, getting creative with painting and drawing or enjoying the outdoors. I also love reading and connecting with friends and family. I see myself as very outgoing and love meeting new people which makes me strive to ensure each patients experience start with a warm smile and excellent support from the front desk!!

Expanded Duty Dental Assistant (EDDA)
I was born and raised in West Monroe, Louisiana where I still currently reside. I have had the privilege of working in the dental field for 25 years. My experience has given me a deep understanding of patient care and their needs in order to make sure their appointment runs efficiently and smoothly.
Outside of the office I love spending time with outdoors with my son. Whether its gardening, fishing or hunting, I enjoy the peace and relaxation that nature provides.

E.D.D.A. Dental Assistant/Hygiene Assistant
I was born and raised in West Monroe, Louisiana where I still currently reside. Although I just received my Expanded Duty Dental Assistant (EDDA) recently I have worked in the dental field for over 4 years. With having 4 years experience has provided me with the exceptional skills and knowledge that gives me a great chair side manner with patients. I have a huge passion for working and caring for patients in helping them achieve all of their dental needs.
Outside of teeth I am the proud and active mother to 4 wonderful children who keep her active with ROTC, choir, softball, baseball and soccer. Being a family of strong faith my family and I enjoy spending our Sundays in church.
